One of the things to consider about the tightening knobs on your E-Spec # S94FR is whether the cradle knobs are actually tightening when you turn the knobs to the max. There should be no looseness in the knob and you should be able to press either left or right on the cradles without any movement.
If there is any looseness in the knob itself, this is a sign that the knob/bolt may be stripped or the shim needs replaced. We do sell the knob/bolt and shim as part # P197. Since this part comes... view full answer...
I do have some suggestions to troubleshoot the power issue on the Jensen RV Stereo - Single DIN - AUX/USB, Bluetooth, jControl - 12V # JWM70A in your 2019 Forest River Sunseeker but first i want to confirm something. You said that you pressed the reset button, but to reset the stereo you need to use a thin object like a straightened-out paper clip to press the reset button. I just wanted to make sure that is what you are doing.
If that doesn't correct the issue, remove the 12V power cord... view full answer...
I completely understand your troubles and confusion with leaf springs. First do remember there are different types of spring steels so the thickness of the leaves is not always the best way to judge the weight capacity for the leaf springs. So while you would think a 3/8" thick leaf would be stronger than leaf springs which use 5/16" thick springs that is not always the case depending on the type of spring steel used. With as quickly as your new springs failed it makes me think they either... view full answer...
I spoke with Advent and they said the only fix is to use the Air Distribution Box w/ Wall-Mounted Thermostat for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners # ACRG15. This will remove the Coleman from the equation allowing for the advent upper unit to communicate with the advent control box and the advent thermostat.
They go onto say that there is no way of troubleshooting the way the Advent, Coleman and Coleman adapter all work together, unfortunately. view full answer...
Troubleshooting wiring can be challenging and there are many possible culprits. I would start on the vehicle side by making sure your grounds are firmly secured to a clean metal surface. Next, check your 4-way connector and make sure no debris or corrosion causing problems. After that, check to make sure wires are firmly connected function to function with a circuit tester like Item # PTW2993. If you are still having problems, check the wires and see if any are loose or pinched. If... view full answer...
I have a solution for you. I went ahead and contacted my tech at Truck System Technologies, and he said that the RV does not have to be in motion before the Internal Tire Sensor for TST TPMS Systems # TST-507-INT-S1 accurately reports the data.
As far as your alarm issue, it often happens when the monitor is not set up correctly with the axles of your RV and/or trailer. In order to correct this, each tire must be programmed for the axle that it is on (the high pressure and low pressure... view full answer...
If your Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # RP30928 is not staying in the open, there could be something blocking the internals of your hitch. Usually this means there is some dirt and grime that got mixed up with the grease used to lubricate the mechanism. If you take just the head off and flip it over you might be able to see this more clearly. If you clean off the old grease and reapply some new grease that could be all you need. view full answer...
Failure of the monitor to sync with the camera always comes back to powering the unit. Depending on the vehicle you're towing with you could have PWM wiring, which sends a pulsing voltage instead of constant voltage and can cause pairing issues. It's not unheard of that it will just randomly work with no issues and then go back to giving you issues.
This can be solved by installing the # VGR64VR to provide constant voltage to the camera. This adapter will splice in behind your rear camera... view full answer...
I recommend first unmounting the stereo and pulling the fuse located on the back of the stereo to reset it. With this being such a specific issue if resetting the unit doesn't fix it then it will most likely need to be replaced.
If this is the case then I recommend the Jensen RV Stereo part # JWM70A to replace your Furrion DV3100 RV Stereo. They both have very similar features such as Bluetooth, USB/AUX Ports, and Wireless Remote but the Jensen option is a bit better built in my experience... view full answer...
The Husky Center Line Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 6,000 lbs GTW, 600 lbs TW # HT32215 sounds like it needs the head angle adjusted. To relieve some tension on your bars to remove the system, I recommend using wheel chocks and then using the trailer jack to relieve some of the tongue weight. view full answer...
Typically this problem is because the fridge isn't able to draw enough power to work efficiently enough to work. This is typically caused by a weak battery or maybe a wiring issue. This would also help with the defrost issue. view full answer...
When testing the control box you will not unplug it; you will use Multimeter # PTW1714 and unplug the red and black wires from the control box to test them for continuity.
If you do have continuity the control box is simply bad and you can replace it with the Replacement Control Box for Thomas Payne Momentum Recliners and Sofas # 195-387596. view full answer...
We can help you get your RV's 7-way wiring sorted out.
The easiest way to go is to replace the whole junction box with etrailer # HS381-9000 since this has a pre-wired 7-way. This means you only have to make the RV side connections. The wire gauge will be thicker for the 12V (black) and ground (white) wires which gets a few of those out of the way right off the bat.
It sounds like you already tried testing the functions on the RV wires. This process is usually pretty straightforward.... view full answer...
I reached out to my contact at Lippert regarding the issue you're having with the Level-Up Hydraulic System on your trailer/RV. He said the symptoms you described are likely due to a faulty touch pad, but there is one thing he wants you to check before replacing it.
If you unplug and remove the touch panel there will be a black and green wire behind it. The green wire is for ground and the black wire is for power. Make sure the green wire is securely attached and use a circuit tester... view full answer...
Let me see what I can figure out for you, I have the solution linked below:
**SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs - 2 Piece - Front Axle # SSF-173-40-2.
There was a generation change in the F-53 chassis, Ford changed the motor to the 7.3L V8. When they did this they decided they wanted to change the actual frame too. This is the issue for you. The part you have is designed for the last generation. You will need the SumoSprings linked above. view full answer...
It sounds to me like you may have overloaded your trailer's circuit by plugging those two heaters in at the same time. What I recommend you do is install a 30 amp circuit breaker like # PK54230. This will protect your trailer's electrical circuits from situations like that happening again.
A couple good "rule of thumb" suggestions is to plug appliances directly into outlets, not extensions cords. Extension cords add receptacles to plug into but do not change the amount of power being received... view full answer...

The only other thing I can think of is that the wiring somewhere in your loom is damaged. Since you mentioned that you've confirmed it works when using a remote but not with the switch that would indicate that problem is somewhere between the jacks and the switch.
It's not going to be much fun but really your only option is to go through that wiring and make sure everything is up to snuff. you'll want to be looking for any sort of exposed or frayed wires, any broken wires, or anything... view full answer...
So from what I can gather, the E3 error code on your Furrion Electric RV Fireplace with Logs # F30SW15ABL is an "overheat protection" error which explains why it only runs for a bit before shutting off.
I'd recommend inspecting the control board and see if there are any burnt relays or charred wiring that could be causing this error. If there are any, I recommend contacting Furrion and see if they can send out a replacement.
You could also try unplugging the unit and let it sit for around... view full answer...
